This highly interactive programme has been developed in alignment with the Qualifications and Credit Framework. It is designed to give you an thorough insight into renewable technologies. It covers the different types of heat and electricity producing technologies, the selection process plus the incentives available and the policies that apply to installations.

The innovative programme is based on highly interactive multimedia screens comprised of text, 3D graphics, 2D/3D animation, audio, an interactive knowledge test and an end test. It is extremely engaging, clear and intuitive.

The programme is non-linear - you are able to access the modules and their sections in any order you choose. Clicking on the ‘Menu’ button at the top left shows you all the modules available and allows you to access them in any order. When you click on a module, you can see the different topics within that module, and jump straight to the one you want. Different icons appear on the right of the menu which confirm that you’ve either started or finished a module or topic. An empty circle shows that you have started one, and a filled circle shows that you have completed one

The following navigation icons are available to help you navigating the programmes: Next, Back, Reply, Glossary, Audio Control, Help and Zoom in/out.
