- State the law in relation to the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18
- State the duty to refuse service to a person who is drunk
- Understand the law in regards to the sale of cigarettes
- Understand the law in regards to the sale of knives
- Understand the law in regards to other aged related products
- Identify recommended forms of proof of age
- Understand how to refuse service
- Understand the law in regards to irresponsible promotions
- Identify policies to promote responsible consumption of alcohol in relation to drink driving
